Meet 
Our Founder

Growing up in the Bay Area, I had a fortunate upbringing but struggled with mental health from a young age - often getting trapped in cycles of anxiety, overthinking and self-doubt. 

​

However, when I discovered running, it changed everything. I fell in love with the mental relief and sense of pride I felt after each run. 

​

Running is the greatest metaphor for life, and has taught me that physical and mental health go hand in hand. I've learned that running is a great tool for self exploration and cultivating self love. But there's still something that I felt was missing - connecting with others who feel the same way.

That's why I started My Favorite Run Community
